Your Team
My first client was myself. My athletic career was derailed after a lowback injury. I found my direction in regaining my movement, purpose, and strength.
I started my training at LA Sports and Spine working alongside chiropractors, PTs, and acupuncturists guiding people through their own processes of healing. I expanded my education through StrongFirst, ELDOA, and FRC systems. I’m lucky and grateful to coach a wide range of populations including regular folks like you and me, kids teams, college athletes, professional athletes, firefighters, military, police, pre/post rehab patients.
Like many of us, I was forced into this world through the gift of injury and fell in love with the craft. Returning to competition from a back injury was a long endeavor. Filled with progress, set backs, and constant searching, fighting back to pain free movement taught me the power of one of StrongFirst’s main tenets: Strength has a greater purpose. My journey led me to coaching and the greater purpose of leaving the world a better place than I found it. And a stronger one.
Returning to strength comes down to the simple stuff. While simple doesn’t mean easy, working with me will help turn the difficult disciplined technical work into a process of learning, self love, and, most importantly, kickass fun!
Return to Strength, Return to Movement, Return to Life!
